This mechanism is designed specifically for a high-profile horizontal blind. It allows the slats to be tilted back and forth, opening and closing them. However, it does not have the capability to raise or lower the blinds. It is important to note that this product can only be used with a headrail that measures 2.25 inches in width and 2 inches in height.
Additionally, it can only accommodate a 1/4 inch square tilter rod. If you examine the pictures, you will notice a small square in the center of the mechanism. This is where the metal rod is inserted, which is located inside the headrail of your blinds. The primary function of this mechanism is to tilt the slats, not to raise or lower the blinds.
Included with this product is a white cord that is 1.8mm wide and has a length of no less than 40 inches. Please be aware that this is a package of two tilters. Each pack contains two tilters, providing you with multiple options for your blinds.
