The E Wand is compatible with all venetian blinds, mini-blinds, and wand tilted vertical blinds. However, it is not compatible with vertical blinds that use a rope or chain to tilt the slats. If you would like to verify the compatibility of your blinds, please feel free to contact us.

For homes with corded tilt horizontal blinds, we offer the Current Products Corp. Horizontal Blind Tilt Converter, a universal conversion kit. This kit includes adapters to fit any venetian blinds on the market and is sold separately on Amazon.

The Hybrid E-Wand is a wireless, retrofit solution for motorizing blind slats on horizontal slatted blinds and wand tilt vertical blinds. It offers multiple control methods, including manual control, remote control (sold separately), grouping capabilities, and automated movement through integrated light and temperature sensors.

You can use the CPC Bridge (sold separately) for app control and voice integration with Google Home and Amazon Alexa. Additionally, Hybrid E-Wands can be paired directly to third-party native Zigbee hubs like Amazon Echo Plus.

This package includes one white E-Wand, batteries, and all mounting accessories. Please note that the remote, CPC Bridge, and Tilt Converter are sold separately.

Please be aware that the E-Wand is compatible with most horizontal blinds and wand-tilt vertical blinds. It is not compatible with cord tilt vertical blinds. If you have cord tilt horizontal blinds, you must use the Horizontal Tilt Converter (sold separately) to convert them to a wand tilt.

It is important to install the batteries correctly for proper operation. Incorrect battery installation may cause the batteries to heat up. Please insert all batteries with the positive end first.

For native Zigbee integration, you can pair the E-Wands directly to third-party Zigbee hubs such as Amazon Echo Plus and Samsung SmartThings. To use the MyCurtains app and integrate with Google Home, Amazon Echo, IFTTT, etc., you will need to use the CPC Bridge (sold separately).

The E-Wands can motorize and automate the tilt of blind slats. They can be retrofitted onto existing horizontal blinds and wand-tilt vertical blinds. If you have cord tilt horizontal blinds, you must use the Tilt Converter (sold separately) to convert them. Please note that the E-Wands are not compatible with cord or chain tilt vertical blinds.

This E-Wand is the Gen 2 Hybrid version, which features both FM and Zigbee communication. The E-Wands can be added to or create a Zigbee mesh network for integration.

Each E-Wand requires six AA Alkaline Batteries, which are included. Please insert the batteries with the positive end first.
