Custom Production

Our electric blackout curtains are customizable. To place an order, simply click the "Customize Now" option in the upper right corner. Follow the guide to choose the correct size, and we will produce according to your selection. For custom sizes that are not listed, contact us through Amazon for assistance.

Easy Installation and Warranty

Installation is straightforward with all kits and instructions included in the package. The remote control is pre-programmed before shipment for easy setup. ZSTARR offers a 2-year warranty on motors and controllers. If the motor or control device malfunctions within the warranty period, we will provide free repair or replacement. For an additional fee, you can extend the warranty.

Important Notes

Please note that the width of roller shades includes side brackets or valance edges (taking up to 0.5'' on each side), making the actual fabric width 1.1'' narrower. This slight reduction may allow some light to enter if the shade is installed inside the window frame. To address this, we offer light blockers at our ZSTARR store.
